I've searched every combination I can think of and can't find any detailed explanation how to fix this. How and Where do I add this Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy please?

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server what you can see on http://prnt.sc/f5t7ev
More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.

Handled it with the .htaccess solution. I never would have found that because the issue had nothing to do with icons. :-)
