Portfolio Categories in Menu

I have my portfolio categories as menu items (for example, Portfolio > Residential), but when I click on that, it shows all portfolio items on top AND the category items below.  How do I get just the residential category to show up on this page?  Thank you!

Hi,
you need to remove the item from the portfolio pages. THey load automatically so please do not add items to them
