How to fully export everything?

Hi, I'm relatively new to wordpress.

I'm currently working offline with XAMPP + new latest Wordpress installation.

Basicly if possible, I would like to export EVERTHING (make a copy) of the website once it's finished.

I've installed the Charity 2 theme and activated it (even tough, I am working offline).

What are the steps for a clean migration to the real website? (Assuming I just installed a clean Wordpress installation on the current online website)

Before that, I would also like to backup EVERYTHING of the local website. Wich wordpress plugin is the best?

I am remaking a website for an handicap charity organisation for free! One of the greatest project i've made so far!

the best way to move the website is to use this plugin :

https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

It will copy the website and the database to your server.
