Change text size in footer

Hi guys,

My site is at https://www.thebowerbyronbay.com.au

The footer menu has been recently created and I can't seem to make the text any smaller. Couldn't find any theme settings to make this happen, other than resetting the size of H4 globally. Is there a CSS hack?

I want to make the H4 smaller. So being able to reduce it to H5, H6 or p

}
