You have the footer set to display:none in your custom css, this is why it is not working.

Please find where you have put this custom css since we do not hide footers on our themes.

How am I supposed to find it? I do not have any other plugin that has capability to modify css

We do not know either, as I said we do not include any css to hide the menu. Maybe some plugin is causing it.
