Couldnt Upload Images in Media Library

I am using a pre built website. While trying to upload images in media library it says "Sorry, you have used all of your storage quota of 10 MB."  Please advice.

Hello,
you are probably using a multisite. If so, please go to settings>network and increase the upload value.
