Not Able to Remove Menu Item or Delete Image from Media Library

Hi,

I'm having a problem removing menu items and deleting images from Media Library. 

The website is 50penn.co.

I've tried disabling plugins (I have only 5 installed), switching the theme. 

The console doesn't show any errors.

PHP Memory Limit is set to 256mb, as required by the theme.

Do you guys know what else I could check to make it work?

why do you mean by problem? Any errors appear when you try to delete?

Hi,

No errors appear. They just don't get deleted.

When I click the remove button - they disappear. After I refresh the page - they are back.
