Conflict with plugin

I'm trying to link to a filtered portfolio and betheme is causing a conflict. Please see the screenshot attached (http://i.imgur.com/y3iFDyb.png). 

The issue (according to the plugin developer) is that betheme wp theme contains a script that reads the URL hash (#cbpf=.commercialdistribution) and raises an error because it doesn't verify if that hash is valid or not for that script purpose (http://i.imgur.com/y3iFDyb.png). That script should skip the hash process but it doesn't and the plugin doesn't even have the chance to run.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy clearly states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately we cannot be of any help to you.
