rgba color selection

in muffin editor previously I could enter something like rgba(163, 38, 77, 0.7); into color selection input line and can achieve transparent colors as background on sections/wraps etc. But I can't achieve now. The color enter into color selection input box on muffin editor turns to #cc6600 etc.
why?

Are we talking about the color picker?

You can always add a custom class to this element and write the css below.

yes. but instead of pick a color I copy paste rgba from photoshop to that line.
Previously (some updates ago)  I could do this.
But now it turns my rgba input to hex color code.

sure I can achieve this with custom css. But this is not I am asking.

Sorry but it seems that the new color picker does not support rgba.

We will take a look at it.
