I can't update any Posts anymore

I have the problem, that I can't add new sections to my posts or edit existing ones as I want. Sometimes I can add words to columns, sometimes not. The keywords from my yoast plugin are non changeable and return to what it was before (yes, I deactivated yoast to see if that was the problem). And on some posts the comment section disappears now and then. What do you need from me to make this work again?

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
