Have register the license on false domain

Hi guys

im new in the build a website world and have done a few mistakes like usual

Have register the license on a false domain and want to ask how I can change ? :S 

When I want to register on the other domain ( same host ) they sad the license is already registered.. sure my mistake but, is it possible that the be theme team could maybe change it  ?

because 59$ a second time to pay because of this **** mistake is very much.. 

Help pls ASAP
