Access to prebuilt websites denied

Hi this is my second copy of Be theme and with the first, everything works perfectly however with my second copy I am missing access to the Pre-built websites. (and yes I purchased a separate license, one for the first site and now a second for this second site) I have registered the theme with the new license and received the message that my copy of the theme is registered but i am missing the link to the pre-built websites under the BeTheme heading in Wordpress's left bar.

There are links on the registration page that look like they should take me to the pre-built websites as well but when i try and use the links there i am taken to a page with the error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Any idea why, what have I done wrong?

I am having this same issue.  Only trying to get there because I am unable to install any of the plugins that are supposed to be licensed with the theme.

Please describe it greater, also, please send me a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status.
