Main menu on left side -> not scrollable

Hi, 
i am using the main navigation menu on the left side. The problem is, that it is not scrollable. I tested it in different browsers in safari, firefox, chrome -> everywhere i got the same issue. 
Attached you find a screenshot. and this is the concerned website: http://web1286.login-4.loginserver.ch/testseite/
I am looking forward to suggestions.
