Revalidation of license

Hello, my name is Jonas, I used a BeTheme license on a hosting that was off the air, trying to get on with the work, accessed the FTP and deleted the WordPress folder, to install BeTheme on another hosting. The result was that I can not use the license in the other hosting nor access the Betheme panel in the hosting where it is registered. How do I revalidate the license?
