Does Betheme have a fixed/sectioned scrolling demo?

I'm trying to achieve a fixed/sectioned scrolling effect similar to the following examples:

Can you tell me if Betheme can provide similar sectioned scrolling functionality?

Sorry but this is not included in the theme, you would have to code it yourself.

I feel like this one is close as the scroll sensitivity is slightly different than the others.

Can you tell me what is controlling the scroll sensitivity in the BeParallax theme?

You can see the parallax plugins in theme options>plugins&addons>plugins we use more than one script.
