Cannot import Pre-build Website MENU correctly

Cannot Import the prebuild Websites correctly..... with header, MENU with entries, RevolutionSlider and logo. tried everything 

(yes i read the documentation!) ;( 

i do fresh Install 3x times and also with clear database but nothing helps. No menu entries or Demo Sites and also the colors are not like in demo. Only the Home button is in the Header menu.

I Just want to install the Tuning Demo from the Prebuild Websites or another prebuild site but have no luck.

All php settings are ok and when i create something with BeTheme settings or with the Plugins it work but i cannot display exact the same pre-built website like in the documentary shown.

Newest Wordpress and BeTheme version installed.

No Problems showing while install the demo content ...all went good.

Please help me

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings.
