Deregister not is possible

I man, i install and register my theme today into the somostodosgigantes.com.br
But moments later, my database have any erros..

I remove ALL databases and install the wordpress again in the same domain: somostodosgigantes.com.br
Now, my code for register not working... your system says necesary deregister... BUT, this is impossible, because i remove wordpress the database.
How proced in this case??
