Offer Auto Revolve

I was looking at the "Developer" Theme. I noticed  on the home page, on the demo the "Offer" section automatically revolves or switches between each offer. I can not find any documentation or resources where that can be controlled and as a result mine does not revolve.  Any assistance would be helpful.

Auto scrolling can be controlled in Theme options > Getting started > Sliders section.
