Is Betheme not coding with regards to the WordPress standards ?

Hey Betheme Support,

i have Problems with my divi Bloom E-Mail optin plug in and the Support from them told me that the Problem is the Betheme here - i really can't believe that.

Here is my Support ticket to read it. It would be great to get help from you guys.
