Be Option and import demo not visible anymoore

The BeTheme menu does not appear on the Top left in the Wordpress Dashboard.

Only in the  APPEARANCE  menu does the BeTheme option appears. The pre-built website option in APPEARANCE is also gone.

please click the Betheme tab in your wordpress dashboard, you will find it there.

This is what i mean. There is NO Betheme tab.

I have the Betheme  Theme active but no TAB exist for Bethem import.

The only option for the Betheme is in Appearences where I have " BeTheme Options" but in that  there is no Import prebuild website.

We see that you are using a mulisite installation, you must have network admin privilages to change the theme options.

Yes we do use multisite installation. And yes, we have network admin privilages.

Could you direct us on how to make the necessary changes to make sure the Betheme theme is properly installed?

We cannot help with this since it is not theme related. You need a network admin account, an admin account will not work. This is a theme issue.

Ok, so would it be best to have Betheme not working in a Multisite installation?

We have a network admin account and can make any changes we want. We are not sure exactly what to do.

Since this is not theme related we cannot really help. Betheme works on a multisite very well but with proper configuration. You will have to ask your developer to fix this issue.
