Can I take pages from a theme without taking the entire job lot?

Hello, I want to take a page from a theme but I don't want the entire theme, please can you tell me if this is possible.

Specifically, I am after elements from this page http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/agency2/ but I don't know how they were created to replicate it in the builder.

Hello,
the only way to do that is to install the theme locally and import this pre-built website. Then you can use the muffin builder import/export tool to export the page builer layout to your website.

It'd be really helpful if you could post the export text for the page and then I can import it without changing all my theme options
