Back Button in all post

Hi!
when i make click in a post of wordpress , i need a button back to return back to the main element.
I have the same problem after clicking a tag or category, the only way to return back is by the main menu. how can I solve that?

Please first go to settings>reading and set the main posts page. After that, when you click on a single post you will have a button to go to the main page.
