Licenses - forgot to de-register before I removed sites from Godaddy

Hi guys, I accidentally deleted 2 websites BEFORE de-registering the license and don't know how to go back and do it now.  Can you help me please?

The first license iis under www.chicagoentreprenuersnetwork.com, which I already deleted

The first license iis under www.playgolfandtennis.com, which I also already deleted from Godaddy

I can send the keys privately (of course)

Sorry..they both say FIRST License, but the 2nd is the SECOND license and domain attached
