Image Group in Lightbox on click

Hi there,

i would like to open something like a Lightbox image Group (or collection) after someone clicks on an image so i do not have to show all the images of the collection on the site – only the first one. 

Is there a shortcode for this.

sorry but this is not included into the theme.
You can only open individual images, not galleries.
