How do I reduce the header padding in WebDesign template?

I am trying to get rid of the extra blue padding below my 1920 X 300 pic above. Can you please me please?

Hello Ron,
this happens because your header image is too small, please try to set the background style to cover or change the subheader size by decreasing the padding in theme options>header&subheader>subheader
