remove space and title in the blog post

How to remove the title and the arrow in the blog post OR how to reduce the size of the title blog post?

I tryed all the options, but cannot found. thanks

Hi,
this is probably the subheader, you can disable it either by editing the single post or globally in theme options>subheader.
