Built-in icons not loading or gibberish

Hi,
I have two clients reporting the built-in icons are not loading or gibberish. (See screenshots shared on Google Drive) However, I cannot personally reproduce the problem on a few other computers and mobile devices. I'm wondering if this is a known issue. If not, can you give some help on where to start troubleshooting? For example, which css file contains the icons? Is there any alternatives that I can implement for the built-in icons? Thanks very much.

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server.
More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.
