Deactivation and reactivation on different subdomain

Hello, I recently registered our product code with a domain and needed to remove it to change it to a subdomain for a work in progress link. The problem occurred when I went into the word press database and changed the wp_options domains to be the new subdomain. Then I tried to deregister the code. Everything went to hell, and I deleted to WP instance and database and reinstalled it on the correct subdomain. 

Now that it is on the correct subdomain I cannot activate it. It says it was already registered.

What do I do now? I am completely stuck.
