Sticky header

Hi,

I assume the top bar containing "Have any questions?  +61 383 766 284   [email protected] ..." is the sticky header?

I set it to OFF in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header > Sticky Header, but it's still visible.

I also tried adding this custom CSS ".home #Top_bar.is-sticky { display: none !important; }", but that header is still visible.

Questions:
1) How do I remove the sticky header?
2) If I want to keep it, where do I edit the text?

Hi,
this is called "action bar" and can be edited and disabled in theme options>menu&action bar>action bar.
Sticky header is an option where you can set the menu to scroll with the page and be visible all the time. It has nothing to do with the action bar since it does not scroll.

If you want the menu and the action bar to move as the page is scrolled then you need to select the header style to 'fixed' in theme options>header
