Need to Repeat Builder >> SEO if Edit Content

I'm using Yoast SEO plugin, so I am clicking Builder >> SEO on pages and setting Hide Content ON.

If I later edit my page content using Muffin Builder, will I need to repeat Builder>> SEO so that it copies the updated content?

Yes, then you need to delete the wordpress editor content and use the fucntion again to copy the new content.
