How to have custom Map with Multiple Markers, & Show address on click for each of them

Hi 

1) I need to have a world map with Multiple Markers in different locations in my footer area (Not More than 10 ). 

2) And also when click on the marker It need to show the address of that specific marker.

How to achieve that using your map component. 

Please log In to see my site footer I have already created a demo using a third party plugin . But I want to use your Map component so that i can customise it stick to the theme . Log in details are in the private message
