smooth scroll to anchor from hover box

How can i realize a smooth scroll to an anchor (same page). For Button I use this ".scroll {-w-add-events:onclick=wScrollSmoothToTarget}" , but for hover box? Thanks

sorry but if you cannot add a custom class 'scroll' to an element then it will benot possible.
