Social media icons appear for just one sec and then dissaperar

I am using Be Theme - Prebuilt theme Be SPA. I am facing 2 issues. I have a multisite WP installation Version 4.8.2
1. Although slider revolution is set, slides saved etc when I check the selector inside the page (nder media) it is empty. I have found a workaround solution by pasting the shortcode on the slider shortcode section (it works fine using this way), but I was wondering if this is some type of bug?
2. One the bottom of Home Page under the title "BECOME OUR FRIEND" there should normally be the social media icons, despite all my efforts to make them appear, I find it impossible. There is also a strange reaction of the browser when everrI reload the page they appear for just one second and then dissapear again.

please try first to disable all plugins, these problems may be caused by some third party plugin.

Unfortunately no, tried that, disabled all plugins, refreshed but still both problems mentioned above persist.
The only additional info I can provide is that during installation of specific theme (SPA) I was recommended (optional) to install and run plugin "WP Database Reset" which I did not. I don't know if this has to do anything, I am just mentioning it.

As I mentioned Rev slider is set and saved but can not bring it in unless I use the slider shortcode, which is also ok with me but I just wanted to know if this is some type of bug
As per the flashing social media icons, these can be found at the bottom of page http://www.lemonweb.gr/templatedance and the problem can be reproduced if I select bounce in animation as seen in the pic below
