Button Link on One Page Site

How do I get the "Ask for a Quote" button to smoothly scroll down to the "Contact Us" section?

Right now it just links so it "appears".

Hello,
you have to have the one-page option selected in the page options (on edit)
Also you need to assign a ".scroll" class to the link element for the action to take place.

How do I add the .scroll?

the button shortcode has a class="" attribute. You can add the scroll class
