I would like to put telephone number inside just normal text. How could I do that my phone number is active. Like it is in "Our Team". I searched for shortcode, but there is no such a "Telephone".

where you have seen phone number on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/pages/our-team? Because we do not see any phone and not sure what you mean.
In your case you did not use it. But there is possibility.
I just want to put active phone number into ordinary text. I mean, when sb will check my website with smartphone, he/she will just press and call.
