Specificity problem with Extra class name

I am styling a heading "OUR IT SERVICES"

Here it is using a class embedded in the editor: http://prntscr.com/61lbiw and the result: http://prntscr.com/61lbq9

As you can see, #2 works.

I wanted the font size to be 54px

Is this a bug or specificity problem?

Yes, this must be classes that overwrite some items. In this case you can style them with local styles.
