Problem with duplicate meta description

Hey there I have a problem with duplicate meta description...

It is on every page but even though I use toast to create meta description my SEO tool WebCeo still discovers it as Duplicate meta content

Duplicate Meta Content:

"BeClinic | Best WordPress theme for clinics and medicine"

Please Help me.

if you are using SEO plugins please go to theme options>SEO and disable our SEO options.
