Visual Composer and Muffin Builder

In my PAGE EDITOR, I see both Visual Composer and Muffin Builder.
Are they in conflict? I can't seem to add another widgets/section using Muffin Builder?

no, there is no conflict between them and you can use both at the same time but we strongly recommend Muffin Builder.
