How do I get rid of the extra space between section title and content?

I am trying to solve a spacing issue between a section header and content. Verified that all padding is set to 0

This is the subheader, either disable it globally in theme options>header&subheader>subheader
or locally, for one page by editing the page and turning it off in the page options.

This is because there should be images in the gap but it seems that the URLs to them have been entered not correctly. Please check it.
