Betheme already registered, but a new wordpress has been run on website. New registeration requiered

I installed betheme and registered it on my website. However, I could´t login anymore due to a wordpress damage, so I installed a new wordpress. I can´t access the old website anymore to deregister betheme. Now I installed betheme again (Its the same domain btw) but I have to register it again. So I tried that with the code of the betheme I already paid for, which told me, that this code is already in use.
