1) could you tell me please how can I inserty submenu titles like in this demo theme?

2) Is it possible to insert image icons into menu? If yes, could you provide me a guidance? Thanks

Hi,
1. those are not titles but descriptions, you can set them by edititng the menu items and adding a description text into the field. If the field is not visible then please enable it in the screen options (top right corner of the screen)
2. Yes, you can add icons but only from our repository:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#icons
Then just add them using HTML <i class="icon-home"></i> MENU ITEM NAME
