Vertical menu with dropdown function on text (it only works on icon)

Hi, I am using a vertical menu from the template SEO 2, but when I activate the options for dropdown and scrolled in order to stack the menu, it only opens a submenu when the user clicks on the "+"  but doesn't works on the text. I would like that it works on both icon and text.

Sorry but this is not possible, we do not implement this since many users also have active links under the dropdown and they would not be able to click them.
