Leave my Logo on the Left Hand Side, Have Button on the Right Hand Side and Menu in the centre?

Hi I am trying to figure out how to have my logo on the far left, my menu in the centre and the button on the far right in full width format. 

How can I adjust the menu slightly left or right in the header?

Please try to enable the option:full width for the header in theme options>header&subheader>header

you can also remove th left margin on the menu in theme options>global>logo

What do you mean with the centering?

Ok, Thanks Full Width is already on. I removed the left margin that helped a little bit. 

I would like the text Menu, to be more centered on the page rather towards the left hand side.

Is there a way I could push the text left right using pixels?

This is not possible, it is floated right.
