two websites on one install

Just got the BeTheme and working on building the website. Already got alert that my server space is not enough. I want to create another website that lives on this same server. Can I possibly use this same install?

yes you can but using a wordpress multisite installation, this way you can have another website on the same license but it has to be a subdomain or a subdirectory.
