How do I center my menu items on smaller displays?

Hello

I tried a lot of classes, ids in CSS, I edited core theme css files via FTP, but none of theme was working. 

I was testing out various values in my Chrome dev mode, which were fine, but they weren't working when I tried to apply them thru built-in CSS editor of betheme, or even wordpress. They just didn't appear in the code.

So how do I center my menu items on this site on small displays? - My site is http://new.tdsf.com.ua/

Media-queries - didnt work.

classes - didnt work.

id's - didnt work.

How do I fix it?
