Hello, Muffin group.

I'm writing for a problem that i'm having after buying BeThem, i cant install some of the plugins ,witch happen to be the most important ones. like Visual Composer Rev Slider etc. https://ibb.co/e04Jy6

There some screenshot of the error showing.

Also where can i find the : [rev_slider developer2]    cause i'll be using "Developer 2" demo, but i cant find the demo slider on the demo sliders folder.

Hi,

There might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probable causes:

- your server might not support uploading different files than a .zip format
- there is not enough space on the disc of your server
- there is not enough memory on the server side, and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs

In both cases, you need to contact your admin/hosting provider. Just in case, we include few links below that may help you as well:

From the version 20.0, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, they are installed with the pre-built websites automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

hello, what do you mean? GO to the revolution slider plugin and check if the slider exists. If it does not, go to pre-built websites and import the slider only from the chosen demo.
