Customise font size and spacing just for blog posts?

Hi, how do I do this so its the default setting for all blog posts? 

Is there a place to add CSS and what do I need to add as Im not that familiar with CSS. At the moment the font is too small and close together.

Hi,
you can only set the content font size and letter spacing or line height(not sure what you mean by close together) in theme options>fonts>size&style
There is no option to change it only on blog.

Thanks and by close together I was referring to the line spacing.
