License de-activation not possible on deleted website

Hi,

I want to use the purchase code on another website, but the domain 'bt.wwwconcept.nl' is deleted as it was a demo site, so i can't access it anymore to de-activate.

Can you deactivate please, so i can use the cod again on another url.
