No pictures in Mediathek after installing Revolution Slider

I have the problem like in the title. I have make the update of every other plugins, which are recommended. After the installation I can see no pictures in the Mediathek.

Update: I have also try to deinstal every other plugin exl RS, it still doesn't work

...ach sorry, it is on german. I mean the "media" in the wordpress dashboard, where you can see all the uploaded images, as also every one image with details.

Sorry but we do not know how the images dissapeared, this is not even theme related. This could be related to server limits. Can you upload the images to the media library now?

...yes, I can upload the images. They are also physically in the media. But I can not see the the previews in the media after installing of the Revolution Slider. I can see only grey squares and if I click on the image, there are all infos about the image, but I can not see the preview too. I will try to upgrade the php version to 7.1, I hope it will help. I will post here, what is the result.

so, now is everything up to date. I can not see any thumbnails or previews of the images in the media. Could you help me with this problem? As I wrote, I can send you also my password, so you be able to take a look of my dashboard.

ok, thank you muffin support! I got it after your tipps! there was a wrong path in the wp-config.php, like "files". I have edit it and change to "wp-content/uploads" than upload all images one more tme and now everything works fine, I can see the previews and images in the media!
