How to customize the color of the Placeholder Text of the Contact Form and SUBMIT button?

I wanted to change the color of the placeholder Text of the submit button and the contact form itself into black color. Could you suggest me a way? Thanks

I already did, but you can't change it there. When you write something in, everything is fine. But I can't change the main placeholder Text before u write something in. 
Because right now, it is hard to read. Especially the Text in the submit button. U can only read it if you go with the cursor over it(Because then the Background changes)

I didn't find anything in the theme color options, so I think I need a css code?

For the placeholder you will have to use this custom css

input::placeholder, textarea::placeholder {
	color:blue !important;
}

Yea, that worked thanks a lot!
But only for the Input form. 

I need the same for the submit button as well.

The button is styled from the them color in theme options>colors>content

and the button style can be changed in theme options>global>general
